Our commitment

Annota is committed to making our website and services accessible to as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities. We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility standards and continuously improve the user experience for everyone.

Accessibility standards

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable. This includes efforts to support:

  • Keyboard navigation for interactive elements
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and UI components
  • Readable typography and responsive layouts on mobile devices
  • Descriptive labels and alternative text for meaningful images
  • Clear heading structure and logical page organization

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our website and update content, design, and code to address barriers. Some third-party tools or embedded content may not fully meet our accessibility targets, and we work to minimize those limitations where possible.

Request assistance

If you need information from Annota in an alternative format, or require assistance completing an application or accessing training materials, contact us and we will work with you to provide reasonable support.

Report an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier on our website or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know. Include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if applicable.

We review accessibility feedback promptly and aim to respond within five business days. Where issues can be resolved quickly, we will make corrections as soon as possible. More complex improvements may be scheduled into our development roadmap.
