Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Annota's website, applying to our program, or participating as a tasker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services

Annota provides AI tasker training, mentorship, and access to tasking accounts on supported platforms. We train taskers and offer a path toward managing their own accounts and working with Annota on a part-time or full-time basis, subject to performance and availability.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Meet minimum working requirements, including device, internet, and availability standards
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines

Training and fees

Training may require a fee (such as a mentor training fee) as disclosed during enrollment. Training fees are separate from earnings and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Completion of training does not guarantee account access, work assignments, or full-time employment.

Tasker accounts and compensation

Taskers who complete training and meet performance standards may receive access to manage tasking accounts. Compensation is based on the model described on our website, including account rates, tasker share, and hours worked. Earnings vary based on performance, availability, and platform demand. Annota does not guarantee a minimum income or number of hours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, skills, or qualifications
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to platform accounts
• Submit low-quality, fraudulent, or misleading work
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website or services
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

All content on the Annota website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Annota or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these terms, fail to meet performance standards, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using our services at any time by ceasing participation and contacting us regarding account closure.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annota shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Annota in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
